The idea for HotShots 559 began when Rory, the owner Lalo Castillo’s son, asked for a Fortnite-themed NERF party for his seventh birthday. Back then, Lalo invested some money in blasters, DIYed bunkers from cardboard from his warehouse, and made his son’s dream a reality. The party was such a success that this little seed of an idea began to form: could this become a business?
Rory is now fourteen and HotShots has been steadily building momentum since COVID restrictions lifted. And every party is a labor of love directly from Lalo to you, your family, team, and guests. You can see it in his smile, how he engages with everyone (including the little kids and those who need extra assistance), and his energy even when it’s hot, cold, wet, or windy.
