Rotating NERF Battles

Let us help you raise money for your business, organization, school, or team by hosting a rotating NERF battle! Our fundraisers can be part of your carnival, festival, or vendor fair. Or we can work with you to create a stand-alone event.

What We Provide

We host a 3-hour event during which our team provides a continuous rotation of 15 minute battles per battle arena.

You can opt for one or two 50′ x 50′ battle arenas for your event. Each arena can accommodate up to 24 participants per round.

We provide everything but raffle tickets. Our package includes barriers, blasters, safety gear, ammunition, and wrist bands. We can facilitate Free Play or Freeze Tag.

We do require access to the location for an hour before and after the event for setup and tear down.

Note: all participants are required to sign liability and media waivers before participating.

How We Make You Money

Sell tickets or wristbands for each 15-minute battle. We recommend $5-10 per battle.

So, one full arena at the $5 price point will earn $300 per hour. Two full arenas at this price will earn $800. If you charge more per battle, your rate per hour will also increase!

What We Charge

The rate for a single-arena setup is $900 for a three-hour event.

The rate for a double-arena setup is $1,200 for the three hours.

You collect the revenue for the event and keep anything earned above our fee!
